Friends for Conservation and Development (FCD) announces the release of its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended October 31, 2024.
The report provides a comprehensive view of FCD’s financial performance, grant activities, and stewardship of funds supporting conservation initiatives across the Western Chiquibul–Maya Mountains.

According to the independent auditor’s opinion, the financial statements “present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Friends for Conservation and Development as at October 31, 2024, and its financial performance and cash flows for the year then ended.”  The audit was conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), ensuring transparency, accountability, and adherence to recognized international financial practices.  These results reflect FCD’s continued commitment to sustainable management, biodiversity protection, and environmental education in Belize’s western forests.
